The Black Farmer Beef and Cheese burgers

The Black Farmer has launched a new Beef and Cheese Burger recently, expanding their popular range.
Alongside its Beef Burger, both products can be found in Asda regional stores.
Using 1000% British beef, the new burger contains 82% beef and 11% Cheddar cheese. This is a delicious flavoured burger, with a good texture and superior taste.

The Black Farmer is a modern brand with great credentials. The actual brand image is stylish and memorable, it helps the products stand out on the shelf.
Nobody in my family is on gluten free diet, but whenever we have guests who follow it, it's not always easy to find products that would be suitable. It would be lovely to have The Black Farmer's range widely available locally, but the only supermarket in town which sells TBF's products is Sainsbury's, and that's quite a long walk from us, on the other side of the town, plus they have only a few products available.

The new beef and cheese burger was very taste with a bit of baba ganoush, a bit of mustard and a slice of cheese in a tiger bread roll.

I used the plain burgers as a base for a Bolognese-type sauce to go with courgetti. I have fried it, broken into mince in the olive oil, with a clove of garlic, dried herbs and a tin of chopped tomatoes. It was a lighter version of spaghetti Bolognese.
I used two burgers to make enough sauce for several portions.

Have you tried the latest Beef and cheese burgers from The Black Farmer?

Disclosure: I received two packs of burgers for the purposes of testing and reviewing. All opinions are mine.
